Light Was Everywhere - Richard Wehrman

A Heartworker Review

Richard Wehrman's poems sing to my soul like those of Rumi and Hafiz-yet they are more accessible. His poems take ordinary objects, settings and people, and suddenly, through his words, a new dimension opens up--"light is everywhere," and we are in the presence of Mystery. All that we have been reaching for is pouring into our laps.

What a gift this is! Reading it is like a great mystic sidling up next to you and saying, "Would you like to be enlightened? Here, look at this familiar place through my eyes. Soften your gaze, let go of yourself, and See! Everything is illumined!"

Thank you, Richard Wehrman, for lending us your eyes, letting us hitch a ride on your self relinquishment, and showing us what is right here, right now, waiting for us to finally arrive where we already are.  - David I
